Rates

I work with clients to establish rates on a case-by-case basis, depending on:

- Organization size and budget

- Nature of the work

- Amount of travel

- Level of effort

Consultants, coaches, and facilitators charge a wide range of rates. Some people will do work for free; some charge over $5,000 a day, and there is everything in between. For the majority of projects I have been on and been privy to, nonprofit / educational and government organizations are typically budgeted around $1,500 - $3,000 per day; and corporate sector higher.
